Youth Club

Sherfield Park Youth Club is a safe, accessible place for young people within Sherfield park and Chineham who choose to meet and socialise in an informal setting. We would also like to invite young people from Vyne Park and Aurum Green.

We are supported by the SPCA through grants from both the Sherfield Park & Chineham Parish Councils.

The Youth Club is held on Wednesday evenings during school term time and is open to children from School Years 3-12.

The Hub – School Years 3 -6     6.30pm – 7.30pm

The Zone – School Years 7 & 8    7.30pm – 8.30pm

Chill & Chat – School Years 9-12    8.15pm – 9.15pm

Opportunities to develop skills, confidence and enjoyment are built into the programme.

The youth group is supported by adults, though is a place where young people design their own programme of activities whilst developing a sense of community and participation.

For example, supporting community events and groups such as Sherfest and helping at the Over 55s Christmas Party.

Regular weekly activities can include craft, cooking, table tennis, archery, cricket, table & outdoor football, games, along with seasonal and themed evenings too.

Subs are £1 per week and there is a tuck shop selling refreshments items priced 10p – 50p

For more information please contact the Community Centre.

We would ask that newcomers complete a Registration Form to bring along to their first visit.

To download a Registration Form please click on the button below.

We ask that a new Registration Form is used to notify the Youth Team of any changes to Contact Details or Medical Conditions.

We are extremely grateful to both Sherfield Park and Chineham Parish Councils for their continued support funding our Youth Club.
